Frank Pirolo

President

With over 30 years experience in private sector security, Frank has provided his clients with  a customized and novel approach to personnel selection. His formula is simple but brilliant: “LISTEN” to the client’s needs, select  personnel in both demeanor and presentation, properly  train the selected personnel and finally effectively manage the security officers.

Valuing a high retention rate of both Clients and Security Officers, you will often see Frank “in the field” meeting with his customers and personnel alike. Meeting with the said parties often assures him that indeed a proper placement has been secured as this  adds to the “uniqueness” of Affinita Security Group.

Lou Scaldini

Director of Operations

With over 20 years in management experience and owning his own successful company, Lou has been an integral part in the growth and function of Affinita. He runs a smooth operation with the philosophy, “good enough is never good enough.” In the five years that he’s been with the company, Lou has made his calling card one of visiting with and speaking to clients on a regular basis. He understands the importance of the human end of business and makes a point of building strong working relationships with clients and personnel alike.

Lou’s belief in providing his clients with properly placed security personnel has been the premier feature of Affinita Security Group’s success. His simple but not easy formula;   Retention of Clients + Retention of Personnel= Success.

Bonfilio Cortez

Operations Manager

Bonfilio, known as Bones, has had the opportunity to work his way up through the ranks at Affinita Security Group, beginning first as an exemplary guard. His experience in both the field and the office provides him with a special skill to work with and understand both officers and clients to ensure consistent, first-rate service.

Gabby Albino

Business Development

As the newest member of the Affinita team, “Galbino” splits her time between the office and the field. Her main objective is to listen, learn and understand user’s needs. She does an excellent job listening to client’s issues and generating creative solutions to provide them with personalized service that meets the requirements of their site.

It is Gabby’s job to present the client’s information to both Frank and Lou for an effective course of action to the client’s total satisfaction.
