All of Affinita’s personnel are trained, fully licensed professionals, working in tandem with management to achieve a high standard of performance.

Each of Affinita’s officers is interviewed thoroughly by our Operations Department, with every candidate undergoing extensive background checks and personality assessments before being considered for a position on our team.

As an integral part of Affinita Security Group, officers receive additional in depth training in a multitude of fields and standards such as:

  • Hospitality/Customer Service Training
  • Emergency Situation Training
  • Report Writing
  • Site Specialized Training
  • Quarterly Review, addressing any changes in industry standards or client needs and ensuring consistence performance and development
